PTU is committed to our community's safety.

PTU strives to protect the safety of it's community by implementing safety and cleanliness standards throughout our space.  We are updating policies as we learn more and are given new or additional guidance from the CDC, WHO and or state recommendations/requirements.  Thank you for your understanding as we transition to this new normal.

6 Foot Social Distancing and Hand Washing

-We have rearranged our entire clinic space to ensure we can easily distance between patients and therapists.  We have limited our waiting room to no more than 2 clients and no longer allow clients/patients to bring a guest unless medically necessary.

-As always we provide multiple areas to wash hands and hand sanitizer can be found in multiple locations around the clinic.  We ask that upon entering the clinic you wash your hands.

Screening Procedures, Face Masks and Temperature Checks for Clients and Staff

-All employees, clients and patients must answer daily screening questions related to Covid-19 and Suspected Covid-19.

-The PTU community also requires temperature checks at the door to ensure a fever free environment.  If you have a temperature above 100F we will arrange for a telehealth visit.

-All employees, clients, patients and guests MUST wear a cloth or surgical face mask while inside PTU.  We will provide a mask if you do not have one.

Disinfection Procedures

-PTU has always been complimented for it's cleanliness and cleaning procedures.  We have now implemented frequent disinfection procedures to really maximize our cleanliness.

-We have added an air purifier and on days where we can, we have added a large screen for our garage bay to allow fresh air to flow through the clinic.

-We have removed all fabric chairs and replaced them with leather/pleather for ease of cleaning.
