55+ Full Body Strength Training
Enjoy this 6 week program which focuses on full body strength training for clients 55 and over. $20 per session, pay in advance or each class you can attend.
Middle School Strength and Conditioning
On Fridays from 5-6pm we run a group Strength and Conditioning session for 5th-8th graders. With a focus on strength, mobility and coordination/agility athletes will learn to work out safely and have fun! The cost is $110 or $20 a session.
