Sandra Flynn Workshop

It's critical your fitness plan addresses 5 key areas of fitness for sustainability. Learn what they are and how to get started successfully in this interactive workshop!  $25 for a 1.5 hour fitness blueprint workshop.  Reserve your spot by emailing or calling today!

Tuesday's 9-10am in May

55+ Core and Balance Tune Up!

Join Eddie in this small group training class with a focus on improving core strength and balance.  $20 per class, runs for 6 weeks, pay per class or ahead

Thursday's 9-10am in May

55+ Full Body Strength Training

Enjoy this 6 week program which focuses on full body strength training for clients 55 and over.  $20 per session, pay in advance or each class you can attend.

Middle School Strength and Conditioning

Friday's 5-6pm


On Fridays from 5-6pm we run a group Strength and Conditioning session for 5th-8th graders.  With a focus on strength, mobility and coordination/agility athletes will learn to work out safely and have fun!   The cost is $110 or $20 a session.
