New group starting April 11th!
Join Anthony for a strength and conditioning class geared towards people 55 and older. This class focuses on improving functional strength, power and endurance with a lower load of stress to the joints. Class runs for 6 weeks. $110 for 1x/week for 6 weeks or drop in rate of $20 per class. You can arrange to come 1x a week or drop in more than 1x at our drop in rate to increase your strength gains! Middle school & High SchooL Strength & conditioning
Group classes will elevate your strength, power, flexibility, and overall confidence on and off the field! Programming is created by Eddie & KiKi and is offered in Bridgewater and Buzzards Bay. Drop in rate $25 per class. Register above or email Kelly@ptuclinic.com for more information.

Join Steph in this 1 hour group training for an introduction to strength and conditioning techniques in order to improve agility and get stronger!
Examples of some of what will be learned: squats, deadlifts, lunges, core stability, & upper body work.

Summer strength series
Join Eddie this Summer for small group training ages 14 and up. In this 8 week program you will be focusing on maximizing strength, plyobility, flexibility, power and confidence allowing for better injury prevention and a stronger in-season game!
