New group starts every month!
Join Anthony or Nolan for a strength and conditioning class geared towards people 55 and older. This class focuses on improving functional strength, power and endurance with a lower load of stress to the joints. Class runs for 4 weeks. $80 for 1x/week for 4 weeks or drop in rate of $25 per class. You can arrange to come 1x a week or drop in more than 1x at our drop in rate to increase your strength gains!
