Strength & Plyometrics for Runners
PTU Strength & Plyometrics Programming for Runners was created in collaboration with Doctors of Physical Therapy at PTU and is currently managed by Dr. Laura Galib who is an original creator of the programming. All Strength & Plyo courses are 6 weeks long and include 3 workouts per week. Your phase of programming is determined by your completion of previous programming. Strength & Plyos programming is available to those who are currently not injured.
