Golf Strength & Conditioning Foundations

PTU Golf Strength & Conditioning was created in collaboration with Doctors of Physical Therapy at PTU and is currently managed by Dr. Brendan Keane who is an original creator of the programming and holds a certification from the Titleist Performance Institute .  All Golf courses are 6 weeks long and include 3 workouts per week.  Your phase of programming is determined by your completion of previous programming.  Golf Strength & Conditioning programming is available to those who are currently not injured.  If you are not sure if this is the right fit for you, contact PTU for a consult and we can get you placed appropriately.  Ready to purchase?
