Matt graduated from American International College with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019.  He grew up playing a lot of sports including baseball, basketball, and wrestling.  This got him into strength training and injury prevention since he was 16 years old, which ultimately led him to become a physical therapist.  He enjoys helping people of all ages and with a variety of conditions get back to doing the activities they like to do and solving the root causes to help prevent future injuries.  Matt is an avid weight lifter and also has a passion for working with recreational or competitive strength athletes.  Over the past year, he has taken multiple continuing education courses to further his knowledge and skills.  In addition to going to the gym during his free time, he also enjoys trying new coffee shops and doing Wordle puzzles.
